About the role:

The HR Operations Executive (Contract) at Tyfone will oversee HR systems, payroll management, compliance, recruitment, and employee lifecycle activities. The role also includes managing internal communications, events, and office administration. Candidates need 1-2 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with Zoho People, with the position based in a hybrid model from the Bangalore office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HR systems using Zoho People and other HR tools.
  • Prepare and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Manage payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing, including adherence to statutory requirements like EPF, ESI, and professional tax.
  • Handle recruitment efforts and onboard new employees.
  • Manage intranet, people hub, branding and fun events.
  • Manage offboarding activities, filing, storage of employee documents, employee letters.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of HR activities.
  • Office and facilities administration, vendors and third-party invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 -2 years) in Human Resources, specifically with HR systems, payroll management, and statutory benefits.
  • Should be open to working in a hybrid model out of the Bangalore office.
  • Exposure to HR tools specifically Zoho People & Payroll is preferable.
  • Excellent ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, compliance and other statutory benefits.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
