Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of Tyfone’s products & solutions to customers
• Handle multiple delivery projects simultaneously
• Liaise between customers and the Tyfone product team (and/or other internal teams).
• Overall responsibility for on-time and successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Coordinate the project dependencies with customer, third parties and internal team and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Planning and estimation, scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & control, reviews
• Establish and continually improve project management and execution processes including planning, dependencies risk management, and communication.
• Identify processes and tools to improve productivity and quality and reduce turnaround times.
• Identifying risks and mitigation plans well ahead of time
• Build & maintain systems of record and dashboards for internal & external stakeholders
• Status reporting, metrics generation & analysis.

Requirements:

• Around 10 years of overall experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software delivery & project management
• Experience in delivery of SaaS products
• Finance domain and US market knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge of software development methodologies (including Agile and waterfall methodologies) and technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible work hours

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• PMP or similar certifications
• JIRA, Microsoft Project
