This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. The primary objective of the Product Marketing Manager is to be a liaison between the Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams. The Product Marketing Manager will own developing new content as well as editing and refining existing content  to effectively position, message, and market tyfone’s current and future products and features. The Product Marketing Manager will be in charge of keeping all product documentation current and relevant as new features, integrations and products are added regularly.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to define go-to-market strategies for products, new features, integrations and use cases that drive demand
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams to help facilitate the creation of content that builds awareness, engagement and nurturing of customers
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of tyfone’s products and how each product component solves customer pain points and their user’s pain points
  • Maintain working knowledge of capabilities, roadmaps and release schedules for products and/or solutions
  • Ensures product demo environment conveys the full capabilities of our solutions and/or products and align to the messaging and positioning of our brand. Will be the ultimate owner of the demo environments.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams to accurately incorporate product capabilities and updates into external-facing content that educates potential and current customers
  • Take ownership of all product marketing documentation
  • Define and develop processes that organize product marketing content and increase efficiencies between departments
  • Help in responding to RFPs

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 Years of B2B Product Marketing experience in a SaaS company
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Strong time management skills, rarely misses deadlines, and has ongoing, transparent communication with marketing and product management stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership/bias for action to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision; This is an individual contributor role and an essential collaborator role as well
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
