General Position Summary: Tyfone is looking for a Software Applications Intern who
is excited to join our diverse, creative, high-performing team that is bringing digital trust
to banking, blockchain, and critical infrastructure. We highlight our digital trust solution
with our award-winning Omnichannel Digital Banking platform for mobile, internet,
smartwatch, and smartspeaker. The purpose of this intern position is to assist the
engineering team in the development of a software application that will have significant
impact to the future of digital trust.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities: You will be working with a great team and we
want you to enjoy it. We are self-motivated individuals that operate in agile, small teams,
which produce high quality deliverables. If you are one of us we would love to meet you.
If you are hired, you will be tasked with the development of a PC/Mobile/Web
application that will interface with key components of Tyfone’s hardware stack. The
application will adhere to strict security and coding best practices and undergo routine
reviews. You will have the opportunity to assist in designing the architecture of
application. We expect you to manage time appropriately to complete it by the end of
your internship.
Job Scope:
• Develop and maintain a small apps and data structures
• Design a GUI
• Interface with hardware over USB/Bluetooth/NFC
• Interface with 3rd party APIs, such as Google’s Web Bluetooth API
