About the role:

We are seeking an experienced SVP of Product to lead our dynamic product team, shape the future of digital banking and payments, and bring our product vision to life. The SVP of Product will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to strategize, develop, and refine our offerings.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Craft a compelling product roadmap by closely aligning with company goals and industry demands.
Team Leadership: Direct and inspire our product teams across the US and India, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CTO, CCO, and other executives to ensure the technical feasibility and commercial viability of the product roadmap.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and development, to launch, ensuring timely delivery and product excellence.
Market Intelligence: Stay attuned to digital banking and payments industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and drive continuous product improvement.
Resource Allocation: Ensure product teams have the necessary resources and tools, including budgetary oversight.
Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the fintech, digital banking, or digital payments space.
Proven track record of managing and delivering world-class digital products.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to liaise seamlessly with engineering and technology teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
