Job description:

As a Technical Account Manager at Tyfone you will be expected to provide management leadership on internal and external projects. You should be capable of leading a variety of complex projects involving hardware and software teams.

Responsibilities 

  1. Coordinate Account Management Team Activities
  2. Work with the Account Management Team in:
    1. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
    2. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
    3. Plan and track the deliverables of the project.
    4. Identify risks and impediments and define mitigation plans ahead of time
    5. Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate client need fulfillment.
    6. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
    7. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
    8. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
    9. Identifying industry trends.
    10. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in documentation and written correspondence with customers
  2. Ability to negotiate and influence project team, stakeholders  and customers
  3. Should have worked for
    1. at least 1 year in a customer facing role
    2. at least 2 years in a technology role (development)
  4. Experience in product development is a huge plus
  5. Good understanding of agile methodologies, agile practices.
