About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Data Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is designed for candidates who are excited to learn and grow in the areas of financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. The analyst will help maintain the finance data warehouse, support the creation of reports, and contribute to modeling and planning efforts that drive company performance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Data Warehouse Management:
  • Oversee the finance data warehouse, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely integration of data from ERP, CRM, HR, and other business systems.
  • Partner with IT and system administrators to optimize data pipelines, structures, and governance.
• Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for executive leadership and departmental stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting consistency across financial and operational metrics.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for ad-hoc financial data queries.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Modeling
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes by providing clean data sets, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial data across the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s a plus) with 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
• Desired experience in Datarails, Drivetrain or Anaplan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness and ability to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and especially FP&A tools (Datarails, DriveTrail, Anaplan, etc) a plus.
