Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Accountable for attainment of revenue targets within your assigned partners and direct FIs, selling Payfinia’s instant payment offering and digital wallet solutions to new & existing prospects (partners and FIs).

Actions & Activities:

  • Accountable for the attainment of revenue targets within your assigned FI/client portfolio, and selling Payfinia’s digital payment solutions to new & existing industry partners.
  • Clearly articulate Payfinia’s value proposition to existing & net new prospects.
  • Activate sales activity within named partner accounts in your territory.
  • Engage in sales activities necessary to achieve goals & targets outlined in your Partner GTM Plans.
  • Design and deploy GTM partner training plans for the appropriate Payfinia solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Payfinia product, engineering and client support teams to ensure appropriate technical and enablement requirements have been captured for each new partner opportunity.
  • Conduct territory & account planning sessions and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Appropriately document sales activities in CRM.

  • Successful track record of prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success in constructing and managing GTM plans for partners.
  • Ability to present & discuss solutions with C-level execs and other decision-makers.
  • 10 – 15 years of experience selling SaaS payment solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of value selling, consultative selling, strategic selling, etc..
  • Understand how to manage a multi-stakeholder sales cycle in complex organizations.
  • Experience successfully orchestrating cross-functional resources as a team supporting the sales cycle and post-sales support requirements.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement.
