About the Role:

We are seeking a driven freshman pursuing Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field who is interested in starting a career in fintech sales. You will work directly with the Sr. Director of Sales and gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, pipeline development, go-to-market execution, and lead a strategic research and software evaluation project to improve Nuuvia’s demand generation efforts.

Compensation: $18-$20/hour with performance bonus, internship qualifies for university credit, Flexible schedule around school
Hours: 5–10 hours/week (now through May 15)
Duration: 3–6 months, with potential summer expansion based on performance
Reports to: Sr. Director of Sales

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Build and manage prospect lists targeting banks and credit unions that match our Ideal Target Prospect (ITP)
  • Execute outbound outreach using email, LinkedIn, light calling, and Saleshood digital sales room as a prospecting tool
  • Support pre- and post-conference campaigns
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to help qualify leads
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot
  • Use enrichment tools such as Get Prospect
  • Track activity and support monthly pipeline goals and reporting
  • Support maintenance and upkeep of our Digital Sales Room in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing

Special Assignments:

  • Lead an intern research and software evaluation project alongside the Sr. Director of Sales to recommend best-fit AI outreach and lead data platforms

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Interest in fintech and B2B sales
  • No prior sales experience required
