About the Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp and detail-oriented Finance Manager to own end-to-end financial operations across our India and U.S. entities. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the financial backbone of the organization — driving reporting integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering with the business on planning and growth.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct revenue and expense analysis at cost-centre level, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to group business planning and budgeting processes; ensure accurate monthly internal reporting against plan.

Compliance, Audit & Tax

  • Manage the annual financial audit and maintain a productive working relationship with external auditors.
  • Ensure all tax matters are organised optimally; work closely with tax partners for timely state and federal filings in the U.S.
  • Handle all corporate secretarial activities and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.

Operations & HR Administration

  • Oversee financial operations across both India and U.S. entities, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
  • Manage HR administration processes including Payroll, Provident Fund, Tax, 401(k), and employee insurance schemes.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities across local costs and OPEX.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified or semi-qualified CA (or equivalent) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience with a U.S.-based company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of accounting principles under both IGAAP and U.S. GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and NetSuite accounting software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset — focused on process automation and capacity building.
  • Proven ability to manage all fiscal, statutory, and management reporting alongside cash management and budgeting.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-linked bonus structure.
  • Generous leave policy.
  • A dynamic, high-energy work environment alongside passionate, driven colleagues.
  • The opportunity to shape the future of digital banking and payments on a global scale.
