About the role:

The Marketing Coordinator, Incent Youth Banking role will partner and collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to help create Incent’s new brand, build brand awareness, drive thought leadership, and generate leads for the sales team. will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to establish and grow the division’s brand presence. This position requires a dynamic and innovative marketing professional who excels in creating targeted campaigns, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable results. Reporting to the General Manager of Incent, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure the division’s products and services resonate with the target audience and align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Strategic Marketing Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to launch and promote Incent’s Youth Banking platform to U.S banks and credit unions.
    • Identify and prioritize target customer segments,
    • Align marketing initiatives with division goals to drive company awareness
  • Brand Management
    • Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for the Incent Youth Banking division.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
    • Create customer-centric content, such as blog posts, videos, and case studies, highlighting product benefits and real-life applications.
  • Market Research and Insights
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
    • Utilize customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with product and sales teams to gather feedback and refine marketing approaches.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as corporate marketing, agencies, vendors, and influencers, to expand brand reach.
    • Partner with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with broader organizational objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and track performance metrics.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements::

  • Technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of the software product features, functionality, and technical specifications.
  • Sales acumen: Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present complex information to clients.
  • Customer service: Strong customer-centric approach to building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
  • Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing terms
  • Market awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer-centric messaging.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in launching new products or services, particularly in emerging markets.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle banking products or financial management platforms.
