  • Partner with Marketing on campaign ROI, funnel analytics, and customer cohort behavior.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, A/R issues, and contract questions.
  • Assist Sales Ops with quoting support, deal desk processes, and revenue-impacting contract structures.

AI, Automation & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and workflow improvements within revenue, billing, and A/R processes.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecast accuracy, reporting consistency, and collections efficiency.
  • Recommend scalable processes to prepare Finance for rapid organizational growth.
  • Promote data accuracy, systems integration, and continuous improvement across finance operations.

Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Build and maintain dashboards on KPIs including revenue growth, revenue per employee, A/R aging, DSO, churn, CAC payback, and cohort trends.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packages to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Analysis & Additional Finance Support

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on revenue trends, pricing opportunities, 3rd party analysis, and customer behavior.
