About the Role:
Be part of a dynamic team that helps Tyfone, Inc. accelerate its growth in the digital banking market. The Senior Developer, Customer Solutions will be responsible for working directly with the sales and marketing team to present the best possible experience for prospects to showcase Tyfone’s platform capabilities through prototypes, tailored demonstrations, and extensibility solutions. This role will play a critical part in influencing buying decisions, gathering market feedback, and ensuring alignment between Tyfone’s product roadmap and market needs.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Accountable for supporting sales efforts by owning, building, delivering and maintaining compelling product demonstration solutions and prototypes that illustrate Tyfone’s innovation and value to prospective financial institution partners.
Actions & Activities:
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Solutions Consulting, and sales executives to engage with prospective FI partners and deliver tailored digital banking and digital payments product demonstration solutions.
- Develop and maintain prototypes aligned with Tyfone’s roadmap to showcase extensibility and platform capabilities.
- This role will be a full end-to-end solutions demo owner. Meaning this role must be capable of full-stack development, UI/UX design, 3rd party integration, software deployment, DevOps (to a lesser extent), and QA.
- Capable of generating and running testing scripts.
- Be available to perform pre-demo QA for all demos given. Be available to travel to specific demos for technical support and as an SME on certain areas of the platform design choices.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and prospective FI partners to translate prospect requirements into product demonstrations and proposed solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Tyfone’s technology and UX to clearly articulate Tyfone’s value to executives and decision-makers.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from prospective FI partners to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure pre-sales efforts align with broader company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Digital Banking platforms, UI/UX design, and the ecosystem of 3rd parties.
- Knowledge of the Corelation Keystone Core is desirable.
- Professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset.
- Passion for helping prospects understand complex technology in simple, compelling ways.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of making things happen in dynamic environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with executive audiences.
- Digital banking and financial institution acumen.
Basic and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales, product management, or sales engineering in SaaS or digital banking technology.
- Proven success supporting sales cycles with demonstrations, prototypes, and tailored prospect solutions.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and financial services technology.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines.
- Experience translating market and prospect needs into actionable product enhancements.
