CCBank Selects Tyfone For Digital Transformation
Bank selects nFinia to enhance omnichannel and small business experience
PORTLAND, Ore. – April 16, 2025 – Digital banking provider Tyfone today announced CCBank chose the nFinia® Digital Banking Platform for its digital banking solutions.
With assets exceeding $1 billion, the Utah-based CCBank sought to find a digital banking provider that was forward thinking, offering a sleek user interface and intuitive product for customers. With six branches across the state, CCBank has experienced significant growth and wanted to offer innovative digital tools to its small- and medium-sized business account holders as well as its retail customers.
“We wanted to take a leap forward in terms of user experience to better compete with larger institutions and tech-forward providers,” said Eric Wright, Chief Operating Officer at CCBank. “We were looking for a partner with the resources that give us the ability to offer robust technology and third-party integrations while also enabling us to configure our platform to meet our specific needs. Tyfone fits these criteria perfectly, and we cannot wait to present our new platform to our customers.”
nFinia, an open, API-driven platform, enables the bank to choose its preferred third-party providers and integrate them into the digital experience, allowing a single access point and log-in for every customer need, including consumer and business loan origination systems, credit cards, wealth management and more. CCBank will be able to provide a single-sign-on and seamless experience for clients no matter how they interact with the bank, whether using the mobile app, online or in the branch.
Tyfone’s culture was another key consideration for the bank. “Tyfone is a great fit for CCBank,” explained Wright. “There are so many talented people at Tyfone and from our initial call, we felt the spirit of cooperation and an eagerness to deliver what our customers want and need.”
“CCBank is focused on the future and providing the most innovative solutions for its customers,” said Siva Narendra, CEO of Tyfone. “Community banks are the lifeblood of local businesses and jobs, and CCBank’s culture of service and collaboration with the customers is also reflected in their interactions with vendor partners. We are honored to work alongside CCBank and its visionary team to continue to advance our commercial digital banking capabilities and empower the bank to provide differentiating digital services to its customers.”
