Margarete Mucker, recently retired EVP of Operations from Star One Credit Union, said Tyfone has been a partner with the $10 billion-asset credit union for more than 10 years, and she continues to be impressed with its flexibility and nimbleness.

Mucker said Tyfone also has a strong understanding of how important member relationships are to its client credit unions.

“They understand anything that impacts the member – they are right on it,” she said. “They will not wait around because they know that is our bread and butter and we cannot have the members being negatively impacted.”

Star One Credit Union is based in Sunnyvale, California. It has 129,000 members and has been in operation since 1956.
