Two company executives — Mitch Rosenbaum and Alex Berman — have been named finalists for Credit Union Times’ 2026 Luminaries Awards.
Tyfone will have two executives represented at this year’s Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards, with Mitch Rosenbaum named a finalist in Executive Leadership — Technology Vendor and Alex Berman recognized in the Rising Star category.
The nominations give the Portland, Ore., digital banking company representation in two categories as the credit union industry increasingly looks to technology leaders to help financial institutions adapt to changing member expectations.
Credit Union Times notified Tyfone that its nominees had been selected as finalists for the 2026 Luminaries Awards. Each finalist will receive recognition through Credit Union Times’ editorial coverage ahead of the awards ceremony, which is scheduled for Nov. 5 in Orlando, Fla.
Rosenbaum’s nomination comes in the Executive Leadership — Technology Vendor category, which recognizes executives working on technology and services tailored to the needs of credit unions. Berman was selected as a finalist in the Rising Star category, according to the award notification.
The recognition comes as Tyfone has continued to expand its focus on digital banking and financial technology for community financial institutions. The company’s presence in the Luminaries program gives it the opportunity to highlight both executive leadership and emerging talent within the organization.

The awards process will continue over the coming months, with Credit Union Times publishing finalist profiles between Sept. 8 and Oct. 30. The profiles are intended to offer additional insight into each finalist’s work and accomplishments.
The 2026 awards ceremony and gala will be held in Orlando on Nov. 5 and will include a half-day program focused on challenges and trends facing the credit union industry before the awards presentation. Winners will be announced during the ceremony.
For Tyfone, the two nominations mark recognition across different stages of a technology career: Rosenbaum in a category centered on executive leadership and Berman among the industry’s rising talent.
Both executives will be featured as part of Credit Union Times’ Luminaries coverage leading up to the November event.
