Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Driving Month book close, Consolidation and MIS for the group.
- Preparation of timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Contribution to the group business planning and budgeting processes and ensures timely and accurate monthly internal reporting against plan.
- Perform revenue/ expense analysis at cost centre level, reconciliation of accounts, variance analysis.
- Manages the annual financial accounts, audit thereof, and relationship with auditors.
- Ensures tax matters are organized optimally. Manages local costs/OPEX making cost-saving suggestions where appropriate.
- Handles all Corporate Secretarial activities. Ensures that the organization is compliant with local rules and regulations.
- Manages the operations of both India & US entities. Specifically manages the HR administration processes such as Payroll, Provident fund, Tax, 401K and Insurances.
- Work closely with Tax partners for timely State and federal filings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA/CPA with 5-8 years post qualification experience.
- Experience with a US based company is strongly preferred.
- Well versed with accounting principles under IGAAP and US GAAP.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PPT, ERP & NetSuite accounting software.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Focus on details, quality improvement, automation of processes and capacity building.
- Candidate is expected to manage all fiscal, statutory and management reporting along with the cash management and budgeting process.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
