Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections for India and US entity.
  • Perform monthly revenue related validation procedures and analysis including monthly revenue close process (e. g. reconcile revenue, deferred revenue, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monthly Sales commission calculations and maintaining Channel Partner/Third party Cost vs Revenue Tracker
  • Ownership of Payroll process end-to-end, ensuring monthly/bi-monthly payroll is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Timely ensure compliance with TDS and GST payments, return filings and reconciliation
  • Manage and Process Employee reimbursements in adherence to the T&E Policy.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and answering audit queries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA Inter with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience with a US based company is an added benefit.
  • Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations.
  • SaaS industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Must have hands on MS excel, PPT.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
