About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to optimize sales and marketing performance and drive business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial goals and strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of sales and marketing KPIs, including ROI analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, lead generation, pipeline velocity, and customer retention metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support sales and marketing decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Partner with the 3rd party strategic partnership team in analyzing 3rd party contracts. Assist in negotiating favorable terms for Tyfone as needed.
Play an integral role in the development of current and future customer pricing strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide strategic financial guidance to the sales and marketing teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
2nd level US based support for payroll, A/P, and compliance related questions. Providing compliance/Payroll/AP related support to the offsite team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Direct Sales & Marketing support preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Understanding/experience in US GAAP and Accounts Payables a plus.
Experience with US Payroll, including federal and state tax compliance, would be a strong differentiator.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools, such as NetSuite.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts and KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rates, and funnel analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving business results through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
