About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to optimize sales and marketing performance and drive business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of sales and marketing KPIs, including ROI analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, lead generation, pipeline velocity, and customer retention metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support sales and marketing decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with the 3rd party strategic partnership team in analyzing 3rd party contracts. Assist in negotiating favorable terms for Tyfone as needed.
  • Play an integral role in the development of current and future customer pricing strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide strategic financial guidance to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • 2nd level US based support for payroll, A/P, and compliance related questions. Providing compliance/Payroll/AP related support to the offsite team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Direct Sales & Marketing support preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Understanding/experience in US GAAP and Accounts Payables a plus.
  • Experience with US Payroll, including federal and state tax compliance, would be a strong differentiator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools, such as NetSuite.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts and KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rates, and funnel analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
