About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to filtering and evaluating candidates and engaging them till closure. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates. If you have experience in building a growing company across India and US and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers across India and US
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, headhunting and referral campaigns.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep the recruiting tools and dashboards updated and ensure a regular cadence of stakeholder communication.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in university hiring as per the yearly plan.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Participate in benchmarking studies and stay updated about hiring trends and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven work experience of 7 years or more as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience hiring for India and US regions.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working for a SaaS or Fintech company is a plus.
